• All shipping is done via seller selected/paid carriers in Alaska.
• If there is any dispute about or involving ReMagAirsoft.com’s services or products provided, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the state of Alaska, City of Homer.
• Buyer assumes full responsibility of all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer’s local laws, buyer’s local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft replicas.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Service and the Site. Company shall not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to someone else’s use of your account or password.

Company reserves the right to terminate your use of the Service and/or the Site. To ensure that Company provides a high-quality experience for you and for other users of the Site and the Service, you agree that Company or its representatives may access your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or allegations of abuse, infringement of third-party rights, or other unauthorized uses of the Site or the Service. Company does not intend to disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law, but Company reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to the Site immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Company believes that you have violated any of the Terms of Use, furnished Company with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Site or the Service by others.

9.      NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE SITE.

10.  PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND POLICIES.

Unless otherwise specified, all products sold on the site carry a 30-day warranty. The warranty period is effective from the date your package is shipped. The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective and damaged products only, subject to the evaluation and determination of ReMag Airsoft LLC. All other returns or exchanges are subject to restocking and shipping fees. Disassembling, abusing, modifying, altering, removing, or replacing the orange tip on airsoft replicas will void all warranties and could result in violation of state and/or federal laws. The warranty does not cover any products that have been abused, disassembled, modified, altered, or returned without the original packaging or without the express permission of ReMag Airsoft LLC.

All repairs and upgrades completed by remagairsoft.com carry a limited 30-day warranty. The warranty does not cover any airsoft product or gun that uses higher pressured gas than liquid propane (green gas, 115 psi).

This warranty does not cover products that are not purchased from remagairsoft.com

For international orders, all sales are final. Due to transit limitations, technical support and limited replacement parts are only available for products where the defect is reported within 14 days of shipment. Complimentary repair services can be offered within 30 days of shipment if you agree to bear the expense of all shipment, lost packages, and customs seizures.

11.  RETURN POLICY.

If you purchased an item from ReMagAirsoft.com in the last 30 days and are experiencing problems with the product, the Company offers a 30-day warranty to replace and repair your item subject to the terms outlined in Section 10. If your package arrived damaged, please inspect and keep all contents and contact us immediately. We will assist you in completing a damage claim with the carrier.

Please start the warranty claim by contacting ReMag Airsoft LLC at [email protected]. Please do not return anything until you have contacted ReMag Airsoft LLC, otherwise the package may be refused or lost without prompt paperwork.

a.       DAMAGES UPON ARRIVAL.

If your package arrived damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please inspect all contents and keep the original box and packaging material. Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier.

b.       EXCHANGES.

You may exchange an item if it is unused, unworn, and unopen within 30 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

c.       RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT.

You may return an item for merchandise credit if the item is unused, unworn, and unopen in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

d.       NON-WARRANTY REPAIR/ UPGRADE SERVICES:

The labor rate for our technician is $35.00 a hour if you need assistance with any non-warranty repairs and upgrade service. All ReMagAirsoft.com technicians are in-house and very experienced with repair services.

12.  LIMITED LIABILITY.

Company’s liability to you is limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall company be liable for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages) arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any other materials, products, or services provided to you by Company. This limitation shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory or form of action.

13.  AFFILIATED SITES.

 Company has no control over, and no liability for any third-party websites or materials. Company works with several partners and affiliates whose Internet sites may be linked with the Site. Because neither Company nor the Site has control over the content and performance of these partner and affiliate sites, Company makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of the information provided by such sites, and Company assumes no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content that may reside on those sites. Similarly, from time to time in connection with your use of the Site, you may have access to content items (including, but not limited to, websites) that are owned by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Company makes no guarantees about, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of this third-party content, and that, unless expressly provided otherwise, these Terms of Use shall govern your use of any and all third-party content.

Company imposes certain restrictions on your permissible use of the Site and the Service. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of the Site or Service, including, without limitation:

17.  GOVERNING LAW.

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alaska, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Homer, Alaska in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site or Service.

18.  SEVERABILITY/WAIVER.

If, for whatever reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or condition in these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain unaffected and in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.

19.  NO LICENSE.

20.  ALASKA USE ONLY.

The Site is controlled and operated by Company from its offices in the State of Alaska. Company makes no representation that any of the materials or the services to which you have been given access are available or appropriate for use in other locations. Your use of or access to the Site should not be construed as Company’s purposefully availing itself of the benefits or privilege of doing business in any state or jurisdiction other than Alaska.

21.  MODIFICATIONS.

Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice:

2. Modify the Site and/or the Service.
3. Discontinue the Site and/or Service at any time.

22.  ORDER AND SHIPMENT POLICIES.

Domestic Grounds orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of completion (excluding weekends and holidays) through USPS. International orders require an additional 3-7 business days to ship due to extra compliance requirements and will ship UPS International.

In the event of Back Order, you can request for an immediate refund.

Although delays are rare, please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery time for none-express shipping methods such as Ground.

Once an order is completed, the order cannot be modified. You may submit a request for a return after the order is delivered. If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method after your order is placed, please email us immediately at [email protected].

To avoid placing a duplicate order, please DO NOT click “Back” on your browser after confirming the order.
